My Story

Prior to becoming a BACP registered therapist, I worked as a costume designer for opera and ballet. I saw from a first-hand perspective the complexities and difficulties of working as a creative in a fast-paced environment, and how pressure and relationships can place a strain on mental health. Seeing these complexities of the human condition up close made me realise I wanted to go down a more meaningful career path, and as such I trained to become a therapist, as this gave me the opportunity to provide support for others that transforms how they feel about themselves and behave. To this day, I am still learning, picking up new therapeutic techniques to ensure I provide the best possible service for my clients.

If you have any questions about my therapy in Finsbury Park, N4 or Angel, Islington please refer to the FAQS page, or just give me a call.
